If you're having trouble uploading a CSV, this is the page for you!


We highly recommend starting from the customized CSV template that you can download. Following the template will resolve most of the potential issues you'll have. Here are some common errors that might occur when uploading a CSV:


1) Make sure that the required headers are present:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Your organization's address field name
  • Connection Status

Custom fields are optional.


2) If there are any errors in a row, the error message will include the row number and name of the field with the issue. Make sure that the required fields are set for every contact:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Connection Status
