Users can create tasks that are associated with a particular contact they have been assigned to follow-up with in order to aid in the follow-up process. This can be done one of two ways.


The first and most simple way a user can add tasks is from the dashboard where their follow-up assignments are listed. To create a task simply select the the name of the contact that you wish to edit from the list of your assignments on the left, and you will have the option to view and edit your task list on the right.




You can also view and edit the same tasks list from any contacts personal page. You area able to create any task you can imagine and you will be able to check it off once it is completed! (All of you "Js" on the Meyers-Briggs just let out a scream of delight. That was for you!)
